Villas Estival is only a twenty step walk from Prieta beach. 

To the north, separated by a rocky sector, lies playa Pan de Azúcar. To the south, accessing through a trail, you will find playa La Penca; popular for their whitest sands.

Also, just 800 meters away from our facilities, there is the port Potrero. This is a typical Guanacaste village where the visitor will find all the amenities within reach: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, excursions and activities.

Potrero Bay, with a length of 4 kilometers, borders Playa Blanca and Flamingo, which is an 8-minute drive from Villas Estival (8 kilometers).

Potrero is renowned for its scenic and natural beauty and for the variety of services and activities it offers.

The town of Brasilitohas a variety of restaurants and excursion offers.

It also allows access to the spectacular Conchal beach, which owes its name to the millions of shell fragments that make up its sand.
